Description
729 North Washington Avenue is a 10-story, 195, 284-square-foot building in Minneapolis' North Loop neighborhood, with WeWork occupying three of its floors. Preserved industrial details — open ceilings with exposed ductwork and floor-to-ceiling paned windows — give the space that unique feel of a converted warehouse loft. Sleek private offices support focused work, art-filled lounges add character to everyday breaks, and inviting meeting spaces handle client calls and team check-ins. The 4-season plaza is open to members year-round, the building stays dog-friendly, and within the WeWork space, you will also find game areas, a fitness center, and a classroom and event space for training sessions or larger gatherings. Bike storage is also available.
