Description
Dr. Mary Meighan is a graduate of the University of North Carolina with a BA in Chemistry. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Medical School and completed her internship in internal medicine at Yale-New Haven Hospital, New Haven, Conn., a residency program in internal medicine, followed by a residency program in dermatology at Yale-New Haven Hospital. She is board certified in both internal medicine and dermatology. Dr. Meighan has a special interest in skin cancer (basal cell cancer, squamous cell cancer and melanoma) and the prevention, of inflammatory diseases (psoriasis and eczema) and due to her training in internal medicine, diagnosing and treating the cutaneous manifestations of collagen vascular diseases.
